AOL Firewall

AOL Firewall is an always-on security barrier that protects between the Internet and your computer. If anyone tries to attack your computer, you get a full run down of the details, along with understandable follow-up options. AOL Firewall provides defence against viruses, helping keep hackers out and individual private information safely on your PC where it belongs.

If you are using a Windows 2000 or XP operating system, once AOLSafety and Security Centre is installed, your system will automatically be updated with the free AOL Firewall included with the AOL Safety and Security Centre software.

The older operating systems, Windows 98 and ME, do not support AOL Safety and Security Centre's AOL Firewall and will continue to use Firewall Express.
